Having such a desire, we make the “ultimate broth” with richness and umami by slowly stewing tonkotsu pork bone until it becomes a whitish color by our secret method having been passed down since our very first shop.

Our unique kitchen layout allows staff to work safely and efficiently without unwasted motion from taking an offer, preparing the order, and serving the order. Through adoption of an open kitchen system, customers can see and feel secure knowing that ingredients are fresh and preparations are made so that ramen is served with the expectation of hearing each customer say “What a taste!”
