  • Our secret sauce was created after about three years of constant effort. We serve our unique taste, the spirit of ramen, in shops in Japan and around the world.
  • In pursuit of the ideal noodles for our original broth, we have gained know-how to make moderately and smooth original noodles by uniquely blending various types of wheat from all over the world.
  • Yakibuta (roast pork) has a unique spicy and melting texture prepared with high-quality pork back ribs, which are slowly seasoned with original Chinese soy sauce and then fried crisp. For our overseas shops, we serve roast pork with the customer in mind maintaining our methods and always serving that same unique taste.

Taste

We would like everyone to enjoy genuine tonkotsu ramen.
Having such a desire, we make the “ultimate broth” with richness and umami by slowly stewing tonkotsu pork bone until it becomes a whitish color by our secret method having been passed down since our very first shop.
In each one of our shops, know-how is taught in order to serve our genuine taste. We adhere to our single minded pursuit of maintaining and passing on our “secret sauce,” the spirit of ramen, a taste that remains since our very first shop.
